Franciacorta Belavista Gran Cuvée Brut Rosé is a Sparkling Wine made from Pinot Noir grapes(55%) and Chardonnay (45%).
The particular method of production, called " a cappello rovesciato", whereby peels of grapes remain in contact with must, give to these sparkling wine its characteristic pink color.
With an elegant perlage, on the mouth is dry, like each Brut sparkling wine, but ever pleasant. Ideal to drink at meal, with fish dishes or paté de fois gras.
