Climate Typically Mediterranean, with mild winters, limited rainfall and very hot, airy summers

Color Pale yellow, even deep, brilliant

Bouquet Delicate but constant, with a delightful trace of fruit

Taste Dry, soft, full with a good correspondence with the sense of smell

To be served with It has a preference for Seafood, but doesn’t reject white meat with light seasoning and stewed vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif

Serving temperature 8-10° C, uncorking the bottle at the moment it’s to be served
