This Champagne is obtained y a wise blend of Chardonnay (45%) and Pinot Noir (50%) with a small part of Pinot Meunier (5%).
It's characterized by its floreal bottle, designed by Emile Gallé.
On the nose are immediately evident floreal notes of roses and peonia, than its bouquet shows more fruity aromas.
It is ideal to accompany salmon and lobster.
On the palate is incredibly elegant and silken.
To serve cool in flutes for Champagne.
