Lager top-fermented ale English style, raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Brewed with pure water, selected barley malt and flavored with inflorescences of hops.
Opalescent due to the presence of yeast.
Dominating the fresh note of white grapes and delicate aftertaste to white luppolo.
Ingredients: water, malt, hops, yeast. Hold the bottle vertically away from light and keep cool.
Fermented in the bottle taste evolving. Serve at 9-10 ° C in large glasses. IBU (bitterness units) 35 ALE-style English.
